Information clause
  1. University of Wroclaw, pl. Uniwersytecki 1, 50-137 Wrocław, is the administrator of your personal data.

  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of the recruitment procedure and keeping academic records and as well as statutory, archival and statistical purposes;
  4. Provision of data is voluntary, however, failure to provide it will exclude you from the recruitment process.
  5. The data will not be shared with third parties except as provided for by law, in particular the Higher Education Act (consolidated text: Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] of 2017, item 2183);
  6. The data will be stored for a period necessary to achieve the abovementioned objectives;
  7. You have the right to access your data and, subject to the provisions of the law: right to rectify or oppose the personal data held on file;
  8. Decisions concerning you will not be made in an automated manner and your data will not be subjected to profiling.
  9. You have the right to complain to the President of the Office of Personal Data Protection;

    I hereby declare that I am familiar with the information and I allow for my personal data to be processed for the purpose of recruitment, keeping academic records, as well as statutory, archival and statistical purposes In accordance with article 4 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and the Council (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free transfer of such data as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC (the general data protection regulation) of 27 April 2016 Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] No 119. I understand that the provision of data is voluntary, but essential for the purposes for which it has been collected. The personal data is collected in accordance with the Higher Education Act of 27 July 2005, (consolidated text: Journal of Laws [Dz. U.] of 2017, item 2183) and the resolution of the Minister of Higher Education on managing students’ records of 16 September 2016 (Journal of Laws [Dz. L.] of 2016, section 1554, as amended).
